While I do not make any diagnosis, this information allows me to help you understand the root causes of your challenges and I’ll offer recommendations based on the intuitive information I receive. This information is also beneficial as I send you energy to balance and remove any energy stagnation or blockages.

Energy healing that guides and flows universal life force energy to you. This energy flows around us and through all living things. It activates healing on all levels. One of the beautiful things about the advanced modalities I use is that it’s equally effective from a distance and goes exactly where you need it most.

Relaxation techniques like meditation, breathwork, and visualization to help you relax, balance your nervous system, be in the present moment and integrate the clarity and healing from your session.

Butterfly Effect Healing works to access and clear energy from the past that is affecting you in the present. I use a combination of different modalities to tap into the quantum, the akashic records, and the wisdom of your body to get to root causes to heal trauma, painful memories, unhealthy patterns, health conditions, and limiting beliefs. This creates a ripple effect of healing, empowerment, and positive expansion across your whole life in body, mind, and spirit.

Tapping, a modified version for sensitive souls, without tapping on the face points. Tapping helps you to process difficult emotions and experiences while it stimulates and balances the right and left hemispheres of your brain and clears and balances your energy meridians. When trauma or a negative experience happens it is stored in the body and creates a limiting belief about what it means about you. During healing sessions, I will guide you to process traumatic memories and experiences that are blocking you from moving forward, in a very safe and gentle way.

Other modalities such as mediumship, connecting with spirit guides, light language healing, somatic healing techniques, sound healing, tarot/oracle cards, and other practices may be used as your session is completely personalized to you.
